Owner Dawn Davis has been in the medical field for 30 years as LPN, Paramedic, Denial Recovery Specialist and Medical Billing and Coding Specialist. Our staff is well versed in the Medical Field and Medical Billing and Coding as well.
We currently have clients which are also specialty offices for vein and vascular OBL and wound treatment, Osteopathic, Urgent Care, Skilled Nursing, EMS and Hospital billing. We currently have experience with over 200 different modalities. We offer chart review with the billing services and for separate auditing as well to make sure that the medical necessity is being met for notes on all levels of care. Davis Legacy Enterprises, LLC offers full-service billing which covers working the claim from start to finish on all claims we process.
We also review random charts as we process the claims for meeting medical necessity and will email if there are areas of concern for you and your staff to update or improve.

Billing Services are based on all cash collected each month. So, if you do not collect anything on the claim neither do we. This includes working all A/R, A/P. Denials, front end rejections, no response as well until the claim is paid and closed. I currently work with a system called UnifiMD which is the EMR/PM system all in one. If you choose this software to use Davis Legacy does offer a 1% discount on billing services to offset the cost of the software. We are very well versed in many different systems however and can easily adapt to anything you currently use and would be happy to do so if that is the option you wish to go with, and we would simply log on to your current software to work the claims and submit for payment.
